News from our visit to Highnam Court
On Tuesday morning we all visited Highnam Court to release the elvers which have been growing in a tank in our classroom for the last few weeks. We have been eagerly watching the little creatures grown in size and we were excited about releasing them into lakes.
Mr Head, the owner of Highnam Court and Mr & Mrs Nicholson also joined us to say goodbye to the elvers. Before we left we even got to tray some tasty smoked eel! A big thank you to all the parents who came along to support the pupils on this trip.
