Highnam Church Of England Primary Academy

Pupils, parents and teachers had a wonderful afternoon at the annual PTA summer fayre. This year we were joined by a fire engine, police motorbikes and even police horses. The PTA team had worked tirelessly to prepare for the afternoon and the weather was beautiful. To begin with the audience enjoyed a number of dances from the maypole team. After that we heard from Gloucester Brass and some Year 5 Highnam pupils. Next we enjoyed a taster of the Summer show with two songs from Olivia. 

Afterwards we had a staff feature in the stocks were: Miss Gent, Miss Spry, Mrs Hayes and Mr Dean. The BBQ, drinks and cake sales were a hit and there were some great raffle prizes donated and won. 

Thank you to all parents, staff, family friends, community members and former pupils who came along to support the school.
