Choir Bring Cheer to Chestnut Club

Highnam Choir meet local residents

The Highnam Academy Choir headed off to the Parish Rooms last week to sing to the Chestnut Club. This club is for more elderly residents of the village. The choir sang 3 songs and were accompanied by Mrs Smith and Miss Coldrick. It was wonderful to see the joy their singing brought to those listening. Afterwards the team enjoyed a drink and biscuit kindly supplied by the Chestnut Club. We look forward to visiting again soon!
