House Football and Netball Competition

This week we held the House Football and Netball competitions. A number of pupils in Years 3-6 represented their houses on the netball court or football pitch. After some close games Lassington were eventual winners of the football competition. Thanks, in part, to a last minute winner against Oakridge. Sam, from Year 5 calmly slotted the ball home after the corner had hit the crossbar. It was Lassington's first house victory and thoroughly deserved. 

In the netball, it was great to see a number of boys involved in the competition. After a number of close games Wetheleigh house were eventually awarded their 2nd win in the house competitions.
