Cross Country Team Race
Today pupils from Highnam Academy joined other pupils in the Forest of Dean area at Lakers' school, near Coleford for a district cross country race. Miss Owen and Mrs Townsend headed off with the runners: Freya, Tatiana, Alana, Emily, Jess, Joseph, Nathan, Jesse, Sam, William and Finn.
The girls' race was first and Martha came back in 6th place. Next up were the boys and Nathan finished well in 8th place. Well done to all the runners who represented Highnam at the race and to our great team of supporters.
The Highnam Team finished 4th overall
