Community Coffee Morning
On Thursday 15th December we welcomed members of the local Highnam Community and beyond into school for a festive coffee morning. Pupils from Reception up to Year 6 shared their learning from the past few weeks. This included songs from the recent Christmas shows, a famous winter poem recited from pupils in Year 2 and we were treated to a performance from the school choir and the Gloucester Brass Band team.
Friends from Highnam church joined with us to help with the teas and coffees and we were pleased to share 'homemade' mince pies made by our Reception pupils. Thank you to all who attended and shared during the morning.
