The New Spirituality Garden
Excitedly, pupils have watched this week as the work on the new Spirituality Garden began next to Homelodge. Last year pupils designed what they would want the garden to look like and these ideas have been incorporated into the final design.
Why have a Spirituality Garden?
Spirituality is an area of children’s development which is easily overlooked in the hustle and bustle of today’s busy world. Gardens are just one way of providing children and adults with opportunities for spiritual development. For Highnam we hope the spiritual garden will become a place where children and adults can sit quietly and enjoy the peace and calm of natural surroundings.
