For the past 9 weeks, children in Year 4 have been learning the trumpet! They have discovered how to hold the instrument correctly and how to 'buzz their lips' to get a good sound from their trumpet. They can now play C, D, E and F notes and have learnt how to read music on a stave. They played a brief concert for their Junior peers on Wednesday, delighting their audience with their musical talents. Well done Year 4, a tricky instrument to learn!
