Oakridge win House Cross Country
On Thursday 2nd October we held our annual cross country competition. Two girls and two boys from each year group were selected to represent their house. Reception did half a lap of the field following a hare to keep them on track. Pupils in Key Stage 1 did one lap, pupils in Year 3-5 2 laps and pupils in Year 6 completed 3 laps.
At the end we gathered around Mr Dean to find out the results. Overall Oakridge were the winning house, Maidenhall were 2nd, Lassington 3rd and Wetherleigh 4th. We had a great day and look forward to seeing some of the pupils running in the family event at Newent next week.
