Unit Two enjoy their Roman Feast

To celebrate the end of their Roman topic, Unit Two had a Roman feast. The pupils (and teachers) dressed up in Roman costume, created their own laurel wreaths, made invitations to the feast and provided fabulous entertainment.

There was a great variety of Roman costumes. Pupils dressed up as senate officials, caesar, legionary soldiers and the ladies all had beautiful togas and jewellery on.

Each pupil created a replica stuffed dormouse out of a peppermint cream mixture and following their feast dipped them into chocolate!

We had a great time together and loved being Romans for the day.
