Soggy Summer Fayre
Once again the unpredictable British weather meant the annual Summer Fayre was held mainly inside. This year parents and other family members were treated to a demonstration from the maypole team and the school choir. The choir sang two songs and dedicated the second to Mrs Parsons. Afterwards a pear tree was unveiled to remember Mrs Parsons and in the pouring rain (see photos below) she helped to plant it.

A fantastic £673 was raised to help Highnam Academy.
