Circuit Training with Class 5/6T
PE was very exciting and exhausting this week. The children in 5/6T were all busy doing circuit training, attempting to improve fitness levels. A number of indoor 'stations' were set up and the children spent a very tiring PE session visiting the step up base, the pull up base and the climb up base amongst others. In the set time that they had, each child had to do as many as they could and then log their achievements in a table. The next PE lesson will see the children trying to beat their original scores!
