Grace Darling by Year 2
Year 2 have been learning about the heroine Grace Darling.
Using charcoal we created our own representations of Grace Darling's heroic act of rescuing the survivors of the Forfarshire shipwreck.
Our pictures are based on the famous painting by John Wilson Carmichael.
We have also written reports about Grace Darling's life and adventures.
To help us write our reports we have used books, internet and video clips.
