Doctor Who Book Delivery

Exciting news for all of the Doctor Who fans at Highnam Academy... a selection of books have been donated to the Academy. Recently Doctor Who fan David Dovey spotted on ebay 14,000 books for sale and decided to give away 14,000 books from the TV series to schools.

When an Essex skip hire firm arrived at a house to collect one of their skips, they found that the Tardis-like bin was brimming with some 14,000 Doctor Who books. The company couldn't bin the books and put them for sale on ebay. Mr Dovey from Longlevens won the auction with a bid of £656. Highnam Academy were donated a few of the books and pupils are queuing up to read them.
